Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were perfect from top to bottom, spacious, and already cool when we arrived, making us immediately comfortable. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially when assisting two older ladies. The location was right within the heart of Pigeon Forge, close to all attractions, shopping, and dining but still quiet. The dining experience was very good with many hot selections, influencing our return visit. Overall, a great choice for a stay in this area.
Despite the unfortunate circumstances of the evacuation from Hurricane Irma, my stay at the hotel was exactly what I would expect from Hampton. The rooms were small and my view only consisted of a roof and awning, but they were clean, albeit a bit damaged and outdated. The service was very accommodating, going above and beyond Hilton requirements. The location was okay, fitting for wheelchair height, and the dining experience was surprisingly better than expected. The hotel had some noticeable improvements to be made but overall provided a decent experience during our visit to Pigeon Forge for a family vacation.
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, equipped with kitchen essentials, were convenient for family meals but felt a bit cramped and damp. The service was generally exceptional, but a public mistake left us embarrassed. The location was perfect, close to all amenities, yet noise from the road was a minor issue. The dining was average with some good mornings. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
